The speaker line-up has been revealed for this year’s PUB20, the only dedicated show for the UK pub industry.

The free-to-attend-show takes place next month at Olympia London with the aim of offering inspiration and food for thought for those in the pub industry.

Speakers include: John Longden OBE, founder & Chief Executive of Pub is the Hub; Clive Watson, executive chairman of City Pub Company; Josie Adams, head of learning and development at Young’s; Dawn Davies, head buyer at Specialty Drinks, and Charlie Gilkes, founder of Inception Group.

Joining them is Rafael Liuth, head chef at The Jugged Hare, and Neil Rankin, chef proprietor at Temper.

Talks, presentations and demonstrations will be held across four stages: The PUB Theatre; Talks at the Bar; The Taproom Talk-Space, and the Taste Table.

The emphasis this year will be on sustainability, mindful drinking and CBD, among others.

“We have worked hard to curate our speakers to bring fresh content to the show in the new decade,” said PUB20 community manager, Keterina Albanese.

“We know many of these sessions are going to be in high demand so would advise those planning to come to the show to register and book them in advance to guarantee they don’t miss out on invaluable advice.”
