The machine enables the operator to input the packsize and pallet size into the HMI touch screen, then a selection of pallet patterns can be selected. The palletiser basically calculates the best stacking pattern, so saving time andmoney. The machine is extremely robust and made from either painted mild steel or stainless steel as required. Options include empty pallet feeding and full pallet outfeed conveyors. Should base or interlayer sheets be required, this is no problem to the PhoenixPalletiser, as it can be added as an option very easily. Pack gripping can be either with vacuum, gripper plates or fingers from underneath, according to the pack type. The machine can run at speeds up to 10-12 picks per minute if required and uses X and Y directional movement, which is servo controlled for smooth operation. Best of all, this is a ‘British’ built machine, with after sales serviceand support readily available from PHS Ltd. Based in Burnley, Lancashire. This is a low cost machine, which offers a quick payback and provides good stacking quality and repeatability, ideal for ‘End of Line’ applications. Please call PHS for a quotation, it’s the first step to automating your business.55:Layout 1 18/5/12 09:30 Page 1Visit us on stand E75at UK AD & BIOGAS4-5 July 2012Birmingham NEC56:Layout 1 18/5/12 11:57 Page 1Next >
