The transport industry has been under huge pressure from increasedlegislation and increased costs, and therefore the need for transport companies to collaborate hasbeen essential. If companies haven’t done this, and haven’t innovated, they’ve tended to go out ofbusiness.What is the biggest challenge you think the industry is facing?The biggest challenge we’ll face is a lack of people. The age profile of the country is increasingand the age profile of the transport sector is even older. We need to attract more young peopleinto the sector, making them feel as if there are worthwhile careers at all levels.
