Campylobacter declining insupermarket chickensEfforts in the supply chainto stymie campylobacter insupermarket chickens havepaid off as the number ofthose contaminated decline.Figures from the UK’sFood Standards Agency(FSA) reveal that 6.5% ofUK chickens tested positivefor the highest level ofcontamination.
