ReposiTrak has extended its traceability services by adding 50 new suppliers to its network, enhancing food safety and supply chain transparency. The company, which provides cloud-based solutions for food traceability, compliance, and risk management, enables these suppliers to meet the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) traceability requirements, thanks to a recent 30-month compliance extension.
These suppliers, from various sectors including ice cream and condiments, can now exchange Key Data Elements (KDEs) for Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) across their supply chains. The network allows unlimited connections to trading partners without the need for additional hardware or software, offering a cost-effective, flat-fee model. ReposiTrak’s platform also helps suppliers ensure the accuracy of their traceability data, further supporting supply chain integrity and meeting the FSMA mandates.
The company has also recently onboarded 60 new cheese suppliers, continuing its expansion of the food industry’s traceability capabilities.
