MRPeasy empowers 2,000 manufacturers to grow with easy-to-use ERP software

MRPeasy, the cloud-based ERP system designed specifically for small manufacturers, has hit a key milestone: 2,000 paying customers around the world.

This achievement reflects MRPeasy’s ongoing mission to level the playing field in manufacturing by giving small and scaling businesses access to tools traditionally available only to large enterprises.

With intuitive features, transparent pricing, and rapid implementation, MRPeasy enables smaller manufacturers to take control of their operations and scale sustainably. Available in 32 languages and used in over 60 countries, MRPeasy’s reach continues to grow. Around 80% of its clients are from English-speaking countries, with nearly 500 based in the UK alone.

A recent customer survey revealed that, on average, MRPeasy users experience:
● 67% improvement in inventory tracking accuracy
● 54% increase in overall operational efficiency
● 42% better cost control
● 39% more on-time deliveries

“These numbers aren’t just statistics—they represent real growth for small manufacturers,” said Sara Duff, UK business development manager at MRPeasy. “Our goal has always been to provide SMEs with affordable software that delivers real results. Reaching 2,000 clients proves that it’s possible to combine powerful functionality with ease of use, without breaking the bank.”

Chris Landen, chief operations officer at Exacta Technologies in Bristol, shared the impact on his business: “Since we started using MRPeasy, we have achieved over 100% growth in revenue and have almost tripled our employee count from 25 to 70.”

With manufacturers facing increasing complexity and global competition, MRPeasy continues to invest in its platform and customer support, ensuring that small businesses have the tools they need to thrive.
