Holmach showcases cutting-edge solutions at PPMA 2025

Holmach Ltd, the UK and Eire’s leader in thermal processing technology, takes to stand C30 at the PPMA Show 2025 with a clear mission to help manufacturers meet growing consumer demand for premium, sustainably produced goods. From food and beverage to cosmetics, personal care and pharmaceuticals, visitors will see how Holmach’s partners are driving innovation in automation, clean-label processing, and sustainable production.

Presented for the first time in the UK, Kreyenborg’s pioneering infrared technology offers a 100% electric, chemical-free method to pasteurise, sterilise, roast, toast and dry sensitive materials. From nuts, seeds, herbs and spices to ground apricots and olive pits used in natural exfoliants, this infrared solution heats products from the core to preserve integrity, reduce heat damage and ensure consistently high-quality results.

Complementing Kreyenborg’s technology, Holmach will also feature the Roboqbo universal processing vessel. Roboqbo’s technology delivers all-in-one capability to mix, refine, cook and cool in a single unit, streamlining production while protecting delicate properties. Whether creating smooth pastes, sauces and stocks or developing fine creams, gels and emulsions, Roboqbo enables innovation and consistent quality across a diverse range of applications.

Addressing the need for automation to tackle skill shortages and rising costs, Holmach introduces Posimat’s unscrambling systems, newly added to its portfolio for 2025. These high-speed, flexible solutions feed empty plastic bottles, pots, tubs and tubes onto filling lines with soft handling that minimises waste and maximises uptime.

Trusted by global brands, Mengibar complements this with their high-speed filling and capping technology capable of up to 400 bottles per minute. Their patented solutions deliver exceptional accuracy with minimal wastage, managing viscous, foaming or corrosive products, alongside specialist applications such as hot-fill and swirl-fill.

Holmach’s long-standing partner Lagarde Autoclaves brings advanced steam/air retorts that pasteurise and sterilise everything from ready meals and sauces to pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Their sustainability-focused innovations include Green Cooling technology, cutting water use by up to 60%, and patented retorting of compostable cartonboard packaging.

For rapid, gentle cooling, Lyco Manufacturing’s Mini Flex Chill-Flow Cooler will also be a hot topic. Its first-in, first-out system ensures product consistency, while Hydro-Flow agitation achieves precise core cooling with minimal water waste, from single-serve sachets to large pouches.

Join Holmach at stand C30, September 23–25 at the NEC Birmingham, to explore how these cutting-edge solutions can transform your manufacturing. Experts from Kreyenborg, Roboqbo, Posimat and Mengibar, will be on hand with Holmach’s technical team to provide tailored advice.
