The new LHS 210 P and LHS 410 P are Leister’s first compressed air heaters designed for operating pressures up to 6 bar, providing machine builders with a powerful solution for integrating high-performance components into increasingly compact systems. Both models combine efficiency, pressure resistance, and space-saving design to meet the growing demands of modern industrial processes.
Each model features a reinforced housing engineered to withstand high-pressure conditions. Because they operate with external compressed air, no additional blower is required—making the LHS 210 P and LHS 410 P ideal for systems with limited installation space. Additionally, the power connection housing is positioned outside the airflow, ensuring quick, safe, and convenient installation.
The screw-thread and modular design of the LHS 210 P and LHS 410 P allow the use of a wide range of adapters for maximum flexibility. At the air inlet, both compressed air or blower adapters can be used, while at the air outlet, options include double flange, tube-filling, nozzle, or thermocouple adapters. This modularity enables the LHS 210 P and LHS 410 P to be easily adapted to various industrial processes, including packaging, food processing, automotive manufacturing, and tube production.
The LHS 210 P delivers 2000 W or 3000 W at 230 V, making it perfect for applications with tight installation spaces. For more demanding heating tasks, the LHS 410 P provides 3600 W or 4400 W at 230 V, and up to 5500 W at 400 V, offering higher performance while maintaining a compact footprint. Both models are designed to meet diverse power requirements without compromising space efficiency.
For added safety, the air inlet flange of both models includes a relief valve that automatically vents excess pressure, ensuring a safer operating environment. Each heater can be configured as a single or double flange unit, providing maximum flexibility for integration into your system.
