Aplós has secured $5 million in new investment to accelerate its expansion in the non-alcoholic spirits sector. The funding follows a year of rapid commercial growth for the New York company, which has gained significant traction in both retail and hospitality.
Over the past twelve months, Aplós has added more than 2,000 retail stockists across the US and achieved listings on over 1,000 hospitality menus. The business has reported triple-digit growth across its distribution channels, reflecting rising interest in premium alcohol alternatives.
The new capital will be used to increase production capacity, strengthen the brand’s presence in retail and foodservice, and support development of new products across its spirits and ready-to-drink ranges.
Aplós, founded by Emily Onkey and David Fudge, has positioned itself as a leading player within the functional non-alcoholic spirits category. Its portfolio features botanical-based, zero-proof spirits and ready-made cocktails aimed at consumers seeking sophisticated, alcohol-free options.
The company plans to expand its line-up in early 2026 with the launch of a Dragon Fruit Martini, adding to its existing spirits Calme, Ease, and Arise, and its RTD range, including Ume Spritz, Mandora Negroni, Chili Margarita, and Kola Fashioned.
