Loma Systems® to showcase innovative inspection technologies & conveyor solution at CFIA 2024

Loma Systems, a global leader in inspection technologies for food quality and safety, will be demonstrating its latest detection solutions at the CFIA, set to take place from 12-14 March 2024 at Parc des Expositions de Rennes, France.

At this key industry event, Loma will highlight its innovative inspection technologies that are pivotal in enhancing food safety and production efficiency. Located in Hall 10, Stand G50, Loma’s stand will feature an array of advanced solutions, each designed to meet specific challenges within the food production sector.

One of the stars of their display is the recently launched Loma Flex Conveyor System. This system represents a significant leap in production operations, offering the most adjustable conveyor solution for use with all LOMA IQ3 and IQ4 metal detection heads.

Its design is centred on adaptability and efficiency, addressing both current and future line formatting, making it a robust long-term investment with endless permutations.

The Flex Conveyor System stands out for its ability to be quickly reconfigured, including adjustments in line length, height and speed, making it an ideal choice for production environments that demand flexibility and scalability today and in years to come.

This flexible conveyor is also engineered as a quick-build resolution, allowing for fast lead times and enabling operations to commence promptly.

Also on show will be the X5 Space Saver, another key product from Loma designed specifically for facilities where space is a constraint. Despite its compact footprint, this machine delivers the high-performance levels expected from Loma’s range, ensuring that space limitations do not impact the quality of inspection.

For the inspection of pumped and free-flowing applications such as poultry, meat, slurries and sauces, Loma presents the IQ4 Pipeline. This system is tailored to deliver high levels of contamination detection including metals, bone, glass, stone and dense plastics, ensuring compliance with stringent food safety standards.

Additionally, the CW3 Combo 1500 System will be featured, combining the functionalities of checkweighing and metal detection into a single, efficient unit. Exemplifying Loma’s approach to integrating multiple inspection processes, this system thereby optimises production line efficiency and saves valuable space.

Together with the new Flex Conveyor System, these products represent Loma Systems’ commitment to providing innovative and reliable solutions to the food production industry. The CFIA provides an excellent opportunity for industry professionals to explore these technologies, understand their applications and discuss how they can be integrated into their specific production environments.

Visitors to Loma’s stand will gain valuable insights into how these state-of-the-art solutions can enhance their food production processes, ensuring both safety and efficiency. Loma Systems invites all attendees of the CFIA 2024 to join them in exploring these cutting-edge technologies and discuss their potential applications in the food production industry.
