Unveiling Innovations Eleven: the experts debuting new technology at the PPMA Total Show 2025

The stars of the Innovations Eleven live demonstration theatre, one of the key highlights of the biggest processing and packaging machinery, robotics and industrial vision event in the UK, have been announced ahead of its arrival in Birmingham this month.

Industry professionals from across the entire manufacturing spectrum will have access to practical demonstrations of the latest technology and insight and intelligence from experts across the sector when the PPMA Total Show 2025 returns to the NEC from 23-25 September.

More than 350 exhibitors and 1,500 brands will attend this year’s event, 11 of which have been selected by show organisers Automate UK to debut their latest products and services at the show’s live demo theatre.

Scott McKenna, chief operating officer at Automate UK, said: “One of the standout successes of The PPMA Show® 2024 was Innovations Eleven – a brand-new live demo theatre, in which 11 selected exhibitors launched new technology directly to visitors. We’ve enhanced the experience for 2025 to ensure visitors get the best insight and support from the event.

“This year, the PPMA Show TV team will broadcast in real-time from each of the 11 exhibitors’ stands as their machinery is showcased for the first time in the UK, while in the live demo theatre, experts will talk attendees through the process of each innovation and answer questions from the audience.

“We’ve then arranged a series of expert-led Daily Innovation Tours, which will give visitors the opportunity to visit the Innovations Eleven at their stands to get further details about their technology and its benefits, allowing them to assess its suitability for their business needs,” he added.

The Innovations Eleven exhibitors will launch their technology in a series of morning and afternoon sessions scheduled throughout the event, with the first four, Fortress Technology, Shemesh Automation, Minebea Intec and OAL (Olympus Automation) taking to the stage on the first day of the show. Day two will see Romaco, Valco Melton, Videojet and Ishida Europe unveil their innovations, while Packline, Industore and Epson will host their exclusive launches on the final day of the show.

Scott added: “The manufacturers chosen for this year’s live demo theatre will present the very best cutting-edge technology to streamline processes, minimise human error, enhance productivity and aid sustainability.

“This is a superb opportunity for professionals of all levels to see first-hand the technology that will elevate their operations and spend valuable time with the experts responsible for it to understand which solutions best suit their organisations.”
