New supply chain VP to steer Dole’s U.S. operations

Dole Packaged Foods has appointed Todd Stillwell as vice president of supply chain and manufacturing, placing him at the helm of its U.S. operations strategy. With over 25 years of experience across sectors including CPG, consumer durables, and industrial products, Stillwell will oversee manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and compliance.

His remit includes strengthening operational efficiency, advancing innovation, and enhancing supplier and distributor relationships. Stillwell’s prior leadership roles at Del Monte Foods, Campbell’s, Chamberlain Group, Storck, and Häagen-Dazs position him to drive performance improvements in a highly competitive market.

The appointment reflects Dole’s focus on modernising its supply chain to better respond to shifting consumer demand and sustainability pressures.
