Premier Foods has reported a solid financial performance for the year ending March 2025, with trading profit rising by 6% to £187.8 million. Branded product revenue surpassed the £1 billion mark following a 5% year-on-year increase, and profit before tax climbed 6.5% to £161.3 million.
The company, known for brands such as Ambrosia and Mr Kipling, saw significant growth across multiple product lines. Notably, revenue from newly introduced categories rose by 46%, with Ambrosia porridge pots performing strongly. International sales grew 23%, supporting the firm’s broader expansion strategy.
Recent acquisitions are also delivering results. The Spice Tailor and FUEL10K achieved double-digit sales growth, contributing to the company’s ongoing diversification and premiumisation strategy.
These results suggest Premier Foods is successfully navigating shifts in consumer preferences while expanding its product reach at home and overseas.
