Refresco, a leading global beverage solutions provider, has agreed to acquire Norwegian drinks manufacturer Telemark Kildevann Holding AS (TKV), pending regulatory clearance.
TKV operates two production sites in Fyresdal and Aurskog, supplying soft drinks and bottled water across Norway and Sweden. The company has longstanding relationships with both private-label retailers and branded clients in the region.
The deal aligns with Refresco’s strategy to expand its presence in Northern Europe. With existing operations in Finland, the acquisition strengthens its manufacturing and distribution capabilities across the Nordic market.
Refresco currently operates 75 production sites globally, spanning Europe, North America, and Australia. The addition of TKV will bring over 60 employees into the company and bolster its position in Scandinavia’s growing beverage sector.
