Kite Packaging launches case erector delivering 300% productivity increase

UK packaging supplier, Kite Packaging, has introduced a case erector designed to streamline operations. This advanced machine quickly assembles cardboard boxes, significantly increasing packaging output and helping businesses improve productivity and efficiency.

While the average packer erects 3 boxes per minute, Kite Packaging’s case erector produces up to 12 boxes per minute, delivering a productivity increase of 300%.

The machine requires a compressed air supply (0.6mpa air pressure), and Kite provides a 45-litre compressor to support its operation. Delivery and installation services can be purchased, which includes a 30-minute training session on how to operate the machine.

Kite Packaging’s case erector is compatible with 0201 boxes. The company recommends using their enviro boxes for optimal efficiency, cost savings, and environmental benefits.
