Prism eLogistics launches new website to reflect growth and enhance customer experience

Prism eLogistics has unveiled a new website to give customers easier access to its growing services and expertise. The launch marks a key milestone in the company’s ongoing growth strategy, following significant investment in infrastructure, technology and leadership.

Built with Prism’s signature straight-talking, energetic tone in mind, the new site offers a streamlined experience for clients across its core services: shrink sleeving, contract packing, e-fulfilment and storage and distribution. Services are now clearly segmented by sector – including beverage, personal care, homecare and industrial, and automotive – allowing customers to quickly identify the solutions most relevant to their business.

The site also introduces a new knowledge hub, featuring blogs, news and industry insights, alongside an expanded FAQs section to support customer decision-making and onboarding.

“This website is more than just a refresh, it’s a reflection of how far Prism has come and where we’re heading,” said Ian Wright, Managing Director at Prism eLogistics. “Backed by Spearpoint Security Group, we’ve invested in the right technology, people, and infrastructure to support our clients’ growth – and now we have a platform that clearly communicates what we do and how we do it.”

The launch comes on the back of a major period of growth for Prism. Earlier this year, the company announced the appointment of new Managing Director, Ian Wright and a move to a new 30,000 sq ft facility in Hampshire to support increased demand. The facility houses two fully automated sleeving lines, including a UK-first high-speed undertuck sleeving line for plastic and glass containers. Together, these lines are capable of processing up to 20,000 units per hour, supporting multiple formats and offering both sustainable packaging options and premium finishes.

The new website is now live at: https://www.prismelogistics.co.uk/
