The Thermapen One is ETI’s flagship product and is the UK’s number one-selling food thermometer measuring temperature over the range of -49.9 to 299.9 °C. Used by hundreds of thousands of food enthusiasts worldwide, it offers a combination of speed, accuracy, and convenience of use.
In addition to manufacturing temperature measuring equipment, ETI has an in-house UKAS-accredited calibration laboratory for both temperature and humidity together as well as an in-house service department. The company has been presented with four Queen’s Awards, most recently in 2018 the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation.
The business has grown considerably over the last few years, giving ETI a significant increase in sales of temperature measurement devices and other related products. ETI has a comprehensive, global network of distributors enabling ETI products to be sold worldwide.
The company located in Worthing is jointly owned by Miriam and Peter Webb who founded ETI nearly 40 years ago in 1983 when they identified an opportunity in the manufacturing market to produce digital thermometers and temperature-measuring probes.
