The fundamental aim of Food Care Solutions is to help our clients achieve their goals in terms of food safety, food quality, customer satisfaction and legality. Whether this be through following the requirements of the legislation applying to the industry, or through compliance with food safety and quality standards, we endeavour to help you achieve the level you aspire to. We are familiar with most of the third party standards (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, IFS, etc), and with many of the standards laid down by some of the larger customer organisations (Tesco, Morrisons, Yum!, Wetherspoons to name but a few). After a long and successful career in laboratory science, culminating in management responsibility for several facilities across the world, Victor returned to basics to work in a food safety laboratory with a food processing company.
Not being one to let the grass grow under his feet, he rapidly progressed from laboratory supervisor through technical management to production management. At this point, following downsizing of the company he worked for, Victor decided the way forward was to run a consultancy business helping any and every company that had the same forward looking approach to business.
Following a structural change, the company now represents consultants spaced around the country, giving a wide variety of experience and low travelling mileage (hence low carbon footprint).
